Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and mobile applications, all payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, plan downgrades, or unused time. This policy applies to both our Web Platform and our Android Mobile Application.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automated renewals.

For Web SaaS Platform: Please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the billing or subscription management section to cancel.

For Android Mobile Application: Subscriptions must be managed and cancelled directly through your Google Play Store Account Settings (under "Subscriptions"). Uninstalling the app will not automatically stop your subscription.

3. No Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle. You will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

4. One-Time Purchases (Android App)

All one-time, lifetime, or in-app purchases made within our Android Mobile Application are final and non-refundable once the digital content or feature is unlocked.
